This agreement keeps expectations clear for scheduling, payment, cancellations, student participation, and communication.
Next Level Tutoring Pro provides tutoring, academic coaching, college readiness support, and related consulting services. Sessions may include instruction, homework support, test preparation, organization strategies, study planning, and parent updates when appropriate.
Families may choose week-by-week support or month-to-month support. Week-by-week support is scheduled one week at a time. Month-to-month support continues each month until either party ends the agreement.
Appointments are scheduled based on tutor availability and family availability. Sessions are held online; in-person sessions are available only by special arrangement. Requests should include preferred days, times, subject area, student grade level, and session format preference.
Tutoring and consulting sessions are currently $60 per hour unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is accepted by Zelle or Venmo and should include the student name in the memo.
Please provide at least 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours of notice may be rescheduled or refunded. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be charged at the full session rate.
Students are expected to arrive prepared, participate respectfully, and complete agreed-upon work between sessions when assigned. Families understand that tutoring supports academic progress but does not guarantee a specific grade, score, admission result, scholarship, or outcome.
A parent or guardian must sign for students under 18. The signing adult confirms they have authority to approve tutoring services and agrees to communicate any learning needs, scheduling limits, safety concerns, or special instructions.
Student information is handled respectfully and used only to provide tutoring support, communicate with the family, and manage scheduling or payment. Next Level Tutoring Pro may contact the family by email, phone, or text about tutoring services.
Either party may end week-by-week services after the current scheduled week. Either party may end month-to-month services before the next month begins. Any completed sessions remain payable.
